I am so ready for spring to get here! Hence the springy new background. We have had a pretty good winter here in south Georgia. I actually like cold whether (unlike many south Georgians) and we have had a pretty cold winter this year. It even snowed!!! And it stuck to the ground! But, now that April is right around the corner, I can't wait for things to start warming up a bit. I have a few projects that I will hopefully be posting soon. And hopefully we will be moving so there will be lots of decorating projects. That's my hope anyway!

I'm here from the TGC New Friend Friday too! I saw your post about the hair bows and thought about another post I read on how to make "korker" bows. Basically she wrapped the grosgrain ribbon tightly around a thin dowel and then actually BAKED it for 20 minutes! It made the ribbon come out in corkscrews! SOO cute! OK, I just found it on It's FUN to craft! blog. http://funtocraft.blogspot.com Just in case you are just DYING try making some of those. Sorry to ramble! I'm a new follower now.
